My skin is sometimes prone to sensitivity, especially when the cooler months set in or after lots of travelling, going from pressurised cabins to air-conditioned hotel rooms can cause havoc to my skin – and that’s when I switch out my Hydrating Moisturizer to the Soothing Moisturizer. It’s my saviour to calm, soothe and hydrate without causing further irritation.
The nourishing and nurturing formula contains Certified Organic Evening Primrose and Avocado Oils, along with Chamomile and Lavender Extracts to really nourish and relieve stressed and sensitive skin. It also contains a natural Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate), that acts as a sponge, drawing water into the epidermis for a naturally hydrated and smoother complexion.
Favourite ways I use the Soothing Moisturizer:
For an added boost of nourishment and hydration I add a few drops of the Noni Glow Face Oil. I really love this combination and do this most mornings and nights followed by a little 5 minute gua sha facial massage with our Rose Quartz Heart Facial Sculptor.
I love having makeup-free days, so to even out my complexion and camouflage any imperfections, I add a small amount of the Gradual Self-Tanning Lotion to my Soothing Moisturizer every other night. This leaves me with glowing, radiant skin come morning – and you can build the colour over time.
A Lighter Touch
Sensitive skin can also be oily, especially along the t-zone. If I’m finding that I need a lighter application, I put a few pumps of the cream into my palm, followed by a few sprays of my chosen mist and then mix together and press into my face, neck and décolletage.
