New Zealand

Who can use AfterPay?

Why am I still checking out in AUD?

Once you select Afterpay as your payment option at checkout, you are redirected to Afterpay from the retailer’s website where you will see the full amount of the purchase in your currency. Afterpay converts the price of the goods from the AUD to your currency so that you can see exactly how much it will cost you upfront. Unlike a lot of other international payment providers, Afterpay do not charge any other fees on top of the exchange rate so that you know exactly how much the order will cost before you commit to buy.

United Kingdom

Who can use AfterPay/Clearpay?

Afterpay or Clearpay is available to all customers who are approved by Clearpay’s pre-authorisation process.

Why can’t I see Clearpay as a payment option?

For our UK customers you will see the Afterpay logo at checkout, not Clearpay. Please select Afterpay as your payment option and continue with your order where you will be directed to sign into your Clearpay account.

 

Why am I still checking out in AUD?

Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

Afterpay is only available to Australian, New Zealand and United Kingdom customers at this time. Customers with international billing addresses outside of these countries will not be able to create an Afterpay account.

 

How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay/Clearpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay/Clearpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

 

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?

All orders are still subject to our regular returns policy which you can read here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

What products are not eligible for purchase using Afterpay?

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
